pk62 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every individual who accesses or uses the pk62 online gaming platform at pk62.cam ("Platform"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out how we collect, process, store, share and protect personal data in connection with your use of the Platform.

This Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including visitors who have not registered an Account, registered users, and former users whose data we continue to hold in accordance with our retention obligations. It applies regardless of the device or method you use to access the Platform.

• Username and encrypted account password.

• Proof of address documentation (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days).

Contact & Communication Data

• Email address and, where provided, mobile phone number.
• City and country of residence (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi).
• Support ticket history, live chat transcripts and email correspondence with the pk62 team.

Financial & Transaction Data

• Deposit and withdrawal amounts, dates and payment method references.
• Payment method identifiers (e.g., masked card numbers, mobile wallet account references). Full card numbers are never stored on pk62 servers.
• Transaction history, account balance records and bonus redemption activity.

Gaming & Behavioural Data

• Bets placed, games accessed, session durations, win/loss records and product preferences.
• Responsible gambling tool usage — including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders and self-exclusion requests.

Technical & Device Data

4 How We Collect Data

pk62 uses your Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To create, manage and maintain your Account, including verifying your identity and eligibility before you can place real-money bets.
• To process financial transactions, including deposits and withdrawal requests, in your account currency.
• To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, money laundering, collusion and any other prohibited conduct outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
• To fulfil our responsible gambling obligations — including monitoring gaming behaviour for signs of problem gambling and applying player-requested limits or self-exclusion periods.
• To personalise your Platform experience, including displaying relevant promotions and game recommendations based on your activity history.
• To communicate with you about your Account, including transaction confirmations, security alerts, KYC requests and support responses.
• To send you marketing communications about pk62 promotions, bonuses, and new products — only where you have given your explicit consent. You may opt out at any time via your Account settings or by contacting support.
• To comply with legal obligations under our operating and licensing jurisdictions, including reporting obligations to regulators and law enforcement where required by law.
• To improve Platform performance, identify technical issues and develop new features through aggregated analytics data.

7 Data Sharing & Disclosure

pk62 does not sell, rent or trade your Personal Data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate contractual protections:

• Identity verification and KYC providers — to confirm the authenticity of documents and validate your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Payment processors and financial institutions — to execute deposit and withdrawal transactions you authorise. Data shared is limited to what is necessary to complete the specific transaction.
• Fraud prevention and AML screening services — to detect suspicious activity, screen against sanctions lists and PEP databases, and meet our anti-money laundering obligations.
• Responsible gambling organisations — where you have self-excluded or where we are required by our licence to report to a shared exclusion register.
• IT infrastructure and cloud service providers — hosting, database management and cybersecurity partners who process data on our behalf under binding Data Processing Agreements.

8 Cookies & Tracking

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings. Please note that disabling functional or analytics cookies may affect certain features of the Platform. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without preventing the Platform from operating correctly.

9 Data Retention

We retain your Personal Data for as long as your Account remains active and for a defined period after Account closure, in order to meet our legal, regulatory and contractual obligations. Our standard retention periods are as follows:

• Account and identity records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of Account closure, in line with AML record-keeping requirements common in our licensing jurisdictions.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of each transaction.
• Support and communication records: Retained for 3 years from the date of each interaction, unless part of a longer-running investigation or legal matter.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for 2 years following withdrawal of consent, for audit purposes.
• Technical and log data: Retained for up to 12 months, unless needed for an ongoing security investigation.

Once the applicable retention period has expired and there are no ongoing legal proceedings or regulatory investigations requiring continued retention, your Personal Data will be securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

pk62 applies a layered approach to data security, combining technical, organisational and procedural controls to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or alteration. Our security measures include, but are not limited to:

• Industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform.
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including identity documents and financial records.
• Role-based access controls ensuring that only authorised staff with a legitimate business need can access Personal Data.
• Regular security audits, vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of Platform infrastructure.
• Multi-factor authentication requirements for staff accessing internal systems containing Personal Data.
• Incident response procedures enabling prompt detection, containment and notification of any data breach affecting your Personal Data.

11 Your Rights

Depending on the data protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your Personal Data held by pk62. To exercise any of these rights, contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Rights Request".

We will respond to all valid rights requests within 30 calendar days. Where a request is complex or we receive a large volume of requests simultaneously, we may extend this period by a further 60 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a rights request to ensure that data is not disclosed to or amended by an unauthorised third party.

12 International Transfers

pk62 operates internationally, and your Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including countries that may not offer the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. This includes transfers related to our hosting infrastructure, KYC providers and payment processors.

Where Personal Data is transferred to a jurisdiction that does not have an adequacy decision from a relevant data protection authority, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place — such as standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules or other legally recognised transfer mechanisms — to protect your data during and after the transfer.

By using the Platform, users in Pakistan and all other territories explicitly acknowledge and consent to the international transfer of their Personal Data as described in this clause.

13 Minors & Age Verification

The pk62 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 and over, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable jurisdiction or the Operator's licence jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the applicable minimum age.

Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. If we discover at any point that an Account holder is below the required minimum age, we will immediately suspend the Account, investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

If you believe that a minor has registered an Account on pk62 or that Personal Data of a minor has been submitted to us in error, please notify us immediately at [email protected] and we will take prompt action.

14 Policy Amendments

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, regulatory requirements or the features available on the Platform.
