1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pk62 online gaming platform, including all services, features, content and tools made available through the website at pk62.cam ("Platform", "Site", "pk62"). The Platform is operated by pk62 and its affiliated entities ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you are of legal age, that you have read and understood these Terms in full, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform globally, including users accessing the Platform from Pakistan. Pakistani users are advised that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under applicable local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. By accessing pk62 from Pakistan, you accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on pk62, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the law of your jurisdiction or the Operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law, or where you have obtained any required authorisation.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by the Operator or any affiliated responsible gambling programme.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using a third-party identity to register your Account.
• You must not have had a previous Account on the Platform that was closed, suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor or close associate of the Operator or any of its affiliated entities.

The Operator reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until eligibility is confirmed.

4 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple or linked Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, country of residence, a valid email address and any other information requested during the registration process. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you will be responsible for all such activity.

The Operator may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures. This may include submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or any other documentation the Operator deems necessary. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the pk62 support team immediately by email at [email protected].

5 Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. The Platform is made available to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence basis. You may not sub-licence, resell or commercially exploit any element of the Platform without the Operator's prior written consent.

You acknowledge that all outcomes on the Platform — whether in sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slots or any other product — are determined by certified random number generators or real-time sporting events, as applicable. The Operator does not manipulate outcomes, and past results do not guarantee future results.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. The Operator reserves the right to void any bet found to have been placed in error, placed using a technical fault in the Platform, or placed in contravention of these Terms.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you wager. The Operator strongly encourages all users to set personal limits and to use the responsible gambling tools available in their Account dashboard. See our Responsible Gambling page for full details.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits to your Account must be made using payment methods that are accepted on the Platform and that are owned or legitimately controlled by you. The Operator does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

Payment method names referenced across the pk62 Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar payment references for Pakistani users only. These references do not imply that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with pk62 or any online gambling activity. Actual available payment channels are confirmed within the Platform cashier at time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC completion, bonus wagering requirement fulfilment and fraud/AML checks. The Operator aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes published in the cashier; however, processing times may vary depending on payment method, verification status and applicable review procedures.

The Operator reserves the right to refuse or delay any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, the Operator may request additional documentation before processing any payment.

All transactions are processed in the Account's base currency. Where PKR-denominated figures are displayed for reference, actual charged or credited amounts may differ based on the exchange rate applied at the time of the transaction.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pk62 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bet credits, reload promotions, cashback offers and other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, expiry periods and maximum withdrawal limits arising from Bonus Funds.

Specific Promotion terms are published on the relevant promotion page or in the Platform's promotions hub. In the event of any conflict between Promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the Promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for matters relating to that Promotion only.

General conditions that apply to all Promotions on pk62 include:

• Each Promotion is available to one Account per household, per device and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds must be used before real-money funds unless the Platform cashier specifies otherwise.
• The Operator reserves the right to withhold, reverse or cancel any Promotion where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of the Promotion.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not met the relevant wagering requirement are not withdrawable.
• The Operator reserves the right to alter, discontinue or withdraw any Promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk62 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's identity or payment method to register or operate an Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities in a manner that provides an undue advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair edge in poker, live casino or any other competitive game format.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with the Operator.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing pk62 staff or other users through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gambling

The Operator is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of the pk62 Platform. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and must never be viewed as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

pk62 provides a suite of responsible gambling tools that are accessible to all registered users at any time via their Account dashboard. These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Details of how to activate these tools are set out in full on our Responsible Gambling page.

The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable jurisdiction or the Operator's licence jurisdiction. The Operator employs age verification checks during registration and reserves the right to conduct additional verification at any time.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk62 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to the Operator regarding the Platform may be used by the Operator freely and without obligation to you.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk62, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

The Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where closure is required for regulatory, compliance or responsible gambling reasons.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the pk62 support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of Bonus Funds and any amounts subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to you via an approved payment method, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any active fraud or AML review.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms or fraudulent conduct, the Operator reserves the right to retain all balances, reverse all pending withdrawals and report the matter to relevant authorities.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact the pk62 support team at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. The Operator will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 business days.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, to the extent that those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

14 Amendments to Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Operator will provide reasonable notice — either by email to your registered address, by a notice displayed on the Platform, or by both means. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with clause 12 above.
